Walking up to Billy’s Bar at McKay’s, a 135 year-old bar originally from Billy’s Restaurant in New York City, you would think you had gone back in time.

Now taking pride of place at the American Club, Billy’s Bar at McKay’s serves boutique American craft beers, classic cocktails and arguably the biggest selection of unique American bourbons, spirits and moonshines in Hong Kong!

Dress Code: Smart Casual
Smart casual attire for gentlemen means collared shirts with or without ties, jackets optional, proper un-torn denim jeans permitted, and shoes excluding athletic sneakers or open toed shoe styles. Gentlemen are asked to refrain from wearing shorts and may not wear hats except where required by religious practices. Ladies are allowed discretion with their fashion styles but are requested not to wear athletic sneakers as described above, while proper un-torn denim jeans are permitted. Members are requested not to visit any food and beverage outlets without changing after exercise or sports.

Access for Children (aged 9 and below) & Junior Members (aged 10 – 17)
Children and Juniors are not allowed.

Smoking Policy
Cigarette, cigar and pipe smoking is only permitted at the Harbor Lounge Terrace on the 48^th Floor.
